    I donīt think that is the size that matters


    I mean... maybe someone pumpin 35 kg(70lbs) in bicep and maby only like 20 lbs with tricep..


    and on the other hand, 60 lbs in bicep and 40 in tricep..


    both have the same size ...


    I donīt take notes from those measurements

    its more like some one pumping 80kgs im pumping 69.2kgs with my biceps with bbell curl and i don't really see much mass, ok theres quite abit for my age but lack of definition. (working on definition)

    perhaps if you pump around 80kg-1ton perhaps you will get definition like semi-pro's who knows.. just work work work
    >80kgs with flat bench press gets you some definition as a start to ripped look<
