    need my workout looked at,the last thing to fix.

    it may be alright but just flame if needed.
    aim is to cut down bf,not on any gear at the min pct just started.

    mon chest -bi-abs

    wed shoulders and legs

    fri back -arms -abs

    cardio 4 mornings 30 mins,would like to do a different day for legs but cant cause of work.
    weights are lifted after work 7.30pm

    im lifting heavy weights 6-8 reps to keep my strength.

    I would strongly recommend to hold off on the cutting until your natural test levels are normal. Meaning, continue bulking/maintain during PCT. Then transition into a cutting phase. You are setting yourself up to atrophy like mofo cutting during PCT.

    it was a cutting cycle i did i just didnt lose as much fat as i would of liked due to work and little cardio so now im getting the finger out and getting up at 5.30am to shift a bit of chubb.
