    Workout schedule?

I've decided to switch from a circuit training style workout to a more focused workout. I'm looking at doing a 3 day workout plan, day 1-chest and shoulders, day 2- back and arms, and day 3- legs and abs. My question is how many times a week(once or twice) should I do each of these workouts for best results? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on how you respond and level of fitness. Twice may be okay if your not sore from the previous workout. Start off blasting each workout only once to see how you feel. Abs can be worked much more as well as calfs imo. If you do decide to do twice make sure the 2nd time is less intensity/volume and a different exercise. There are so many varibles to consider both positive & negative regarding how many times a week so I will leave it to what I just said.
