How the hell did i put on so much weight in 2 days!
I dont get it. Hardest gainer ever right here. Literally. I just started my 2nd bulk routine, and this was the third day of it. I weighed myself the first day, and i was 158-159ish. Today i weighed myself, and i was 166lbs, on the same scale.
Insanity?

Water and/or food in your GI tract. Have you sh!t between the times you weighed yourself?

Are you weighing yourself naked? There is no way you could have put on 6 pounds of muscle/fat and doubtful that you would have put on 6 pounds of water unless your coming off a contest.

No, not naked, but i was wearing the exact same clothes that i went to the gym in the day i weighed myself, down to the shoes and socks. same exact scale also.

Water. Helped maybe by changes in your electrolyte balance, carb loading, etc, I think. Did you think to take any measurements?

water weight....Quick to come and even quicker to leave when the cycle ends.

Oh yea, i know its definately not muscle buildup, that its water and food, im just impressed that it was that much in that short of a time.
For someone like me, with my body type, its an act of god
