Question-on My Workout
Here is my workout plan right now.
Monday- Chest
Tuesday-Legs,ABS
Wednesday-Biceps,Triceps
Thursday-Legs,ABS
Friday-Shoulders,Back
Saturday- ABS
Sunday-OFF
My arms arent gaining to much size, is this because they are used to this workout what are good excersises for my BI's and Tri's?

How on earth do you do legs on Tues AND Thurs??
If I do legs on Tues, I can't walk correctly until Saturday, MAYBE.
