    Question-on My Workout

    Here is my workout plan right now.

    Monday- Chest
    Tuesday-Legs,ABS
    Wednesday-Biceps,Triceps
    Thursday-Legs,ABS
    Friday-Shoulders,Back
    Saturday- ABS
    Sunday-OFF

    My arms arent gaining to much size, is this because they are used to this workout what are good excersises for my BI's and Tri's?

    How on earth do you do legs on Tues AND Thurs??

    If I do legs on Tues, I can't walk correctly until Saturday, MAYBE.

    Good point Swole, also if your doing chest on moday your tricept workout on Wendsday might be lagging as well as having a bad back workout on friday because of sore biceps from Wednesday. I guess I all depends on hard your really lifing. I always like to do tricepts with chest, and bicepts with back and always do the larger muscles first.
