aim is to cut down bf,not on any gear at the min pct just started.
mon chest -bi-abs
wed shoulders and legs
fri back -arms -abs
cardio 4 mornings 30 mins,would like to do a different day for legs but cant cause of work.
weights are lifted after work 7.30pm
im lifting heavy weights 6-8 reps to keep my strength.
