How long have you been doing this ? Personally I think legs three times a week is to much, you could be overtraining, it takes a while for the big muscles of the legs to recover from a hard workout, and if you are doing each workout to the max I am surprised you can face up to it again so soon IMO. I am sure some of the more experinced bro's here can add to this.

Well trust me if you are doing this to catastrophic failure you will be feeling it for a couple of days, not necessarily sore but just tired. I had a leg workout of Friday and I am just feeling like it again now. I only do legs once a week.

Same, once a week is enough. 3 times a week? Have you been reading Arnold BB Encyclopedia?

There is no way that you can be pushing yourself hard enough and working your legs this often. IMO, you are overtraining (frequency) while undertaining (intensity).

If you want them to grow...pound them extremely hard and give them time to recover.

As for your exercises, squats, stiff-legged deads, and leg presses are the meat and potatos of leg work...stick with them. Curls and sumos are also great for hams.

You might try sticking deads on your back day to break things up a bit, while doing sld's on leg day.

That is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much leg work.

Legs grow after they are trashed while you REST.

You don't grow in the gym, so if you are in there 3 times a week doing the same bodypart, it's pretty evident you ain't gonna grow as there is simply NO time in which to do so.
