    Twice in one day?

Anybody ever try to shock a lagging muscle by hitting twice in one day split by a few hours rest? Biceps for example? Obviously this would be a once or twice a year thing I was just wondering if anyone had results doing this?

Too late I'm headed to the gym again. I'd still like to hear some thoughts though

Big bi's are usually not the result of training too much but rather not over training. The biceps get worked primarily on back day so why not up your compound back movements and allow your biceps to compensate for the increased stress by increasing their cross sectional area.

I don't know one guy with big arms who trains biceps more than once a week or maybe twice if you count back day.

I've done an exercise as much as 5 days in a row. Never twice in the same day, but I think it's similar to 2x a day training. I use daily undulation of reps, load, and volume so as not to destroy myself.
