Necessary to do different workouts?
Is it best, in order to gain size, to rotate (every 3 weeks or ?) workout excercises?
I have been doing the same type of workouts for some time now, but wonder if there is a real advantage to changing to new excercises every so often. For example, is there a benefit to rotating flat, incline, and decline bench press, with there dumbbell press equivalents??

Yes there is, the muscles get used to the same excercises and they need to be shocked regularly into growing.

Periodization is a must and hitting muscles at diferent angles is also a must. So yes.

Absolutely agree. I change my whole routine (i.e. which muscle groups on which day) every 3 months and I change up my actual reps, sets, and excersizes every three weeks.

i hardly ever go in and do the exact same exercises in the same order. i love to change it up, keeps the muscle guessing and keeps lifting interesting
