    Question charley horsing?!?

    man guys my body charley horses so fvcking bad today i worked out arms and right now they are charley horsing so bad and after chest workouts my chest does the same what and or how can i cure this and i do strech alot b/f and after all workouts thanks

    LOL i dont think ur from texas its cool its when ur muscle just like locks up on u and u cant control it itll just tightin up real tight and hurt prety bad u no what im talking bout now

    ya LOL thats prety much what it is we dont ever really say that where im from unless ur a doctor its cool though i no potassium is real good for that but i get alot of it and i still "cramp" up real bad and when its my arms when i bend my arm in kinda tight mu upper for arm and lower bi cramps up bad and my tri does it when ill push off the couch or somthing to get up it sucks bad

    I have heard both sodium, and potassium. Make sure you are not getting dehydrated as well. Dehydration can lead to cramping/charlie horses as well. LMAO! Hey needmore! Have any Horse Shoes lately??

    Bro, naturally the first thing to do is like these bros said and get your water and electrolyte levels back up. Another good thing to do is hit some taurine - I believe a gram or so really helps with the cramping. Good luck.

    ive heard potassium is what helps that but i get plenty of that so i guess i need to drink a lil more water cuz i do kinda slack on my water intake
