Hitting outer Tri's
What's the best way to hit the outer head of the tri's? I'm not having a problem building the inner. They are responding well. My outer tri's just look flat. I'd like to bring them out more so my upper arms don't look so flat from the side. Thanks in advance.

My tricep workout consists of dips, skullcrushers and v-bar pressdowns.
Works pretty well for me. I get a good all around pump

Tricep pull-downs with a straight bar supinated grip(reverse).

I like rope pressdowns with pronation for out tris.

I'll add the straight bar with reverse grip to my routine. Have to see if it will help. Right now I do:
"V" bar extensions
Lying French Presses
Dips
Overhead extensions

Pretty much any pressdown exercise where your palms are facing each other
i.e. 45* bar pressdown, rope pressdown, etc
