    Better for shoulder impingement

What would be better for me if I suffer from shoulder impingement in my right shoulder, flat dumbell press or incline dumbell press?

Probably flat or delcine. Generally you will find as the arm moves away from the body and towards the head at full you are in a postion which will cause more pain with shoulder impingemnt.
