Ill admit it, I have always neglected my legs and its time to do something about it.
I am 185, 5'11, and around 13% BF or so and starting the first cycle (Test E) in a couple weeks.
For my size, what is a realistic/good leg press and squat weight goal to shoot for? Lets say I bench about 300.
Probably a little too general, but to be honest I have not the slightest clue when it comes to these 2 workouts.
