    rep range??

What is a good set and repp range for bigger bisceps and trisceps?? Or could someone just lay out a few bi and tri workouts for me to try. I feel like my arms are out of proportion with the rest of my upper body.

    Thanks bros

Are you training arms by themselves or including them in a chest/tri, back/bi fashion, as this will make a huge difference.

i do arms on their own day. my workouts are
Tri's: pull downs, close grip bench, overhead extensions, and skull crushers
    i usually do 10,8,6.
Bi's: BB curls, hammer curls, reverse curls...10,8,6 as well.
make sure u increase the weight and make sure ur form is good, and go slow, dont worry about how heavy ur doing, just make sure u do it right and u feel the burn!!!

There is only so much you can do directly to arms to get them to grow.

Deads/Squats/Rows and BIG MOVEMENTS are what give you the overall size everywhere on your body. Just as there is no spot reducing for fat loss, it's hard to "spot" growth on areas w/out making the ENTIRE body grow with the big core movements.
