Favorite Exercises, Lets list them!
bored at 2 in the morning and wanted to see what exercises do you look forward to doing, which are ur favorite??? mine would have to be; leg press, close grip bench, BB curls, and tri pull downs...

I agree I HATE flat bench.. I use dumbells... but incline I love it !!

Love it all! I love every lift. Can't say as I hate or don't enjoy a single one. To each their own I guess.

i actually hate bench as well. it hurts my shoulder and i cant bench alot..

hate benching in any angle
enjoy:
dumbell presses
deadlifts
leg extensions
calve raises (its a love hate thing)
tricep pushdowns
unilateral cleans(not that i ever really do them )
forarm work in any avenue i love training forarms, definatley my favourite musclegroup!

fav. workouts
incline dumbell presses, dumbell flyes, standing concentration curls,pressdowns are the bomb I could do those all day if I wanted too

i like doin everything, i think my favorite would have to be any chest exercise tho. probably inline dumbells and bench.

Any and all SHOULDER exercise!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why I think its the adrenilen rush of having a 20 min drive home and barely being able to touch the steering wheel!!!!
