Biceps/Triceps superset workout
Any of you ever done these? ive started doing them regulary now. 10-15 reps on all sets..working hard..its great stuff, i would recommend it to everybody. if you have hit a plateau, or just wanna try something new.

its when you for instance do a set of barbell curls, and immediately after you frop your weights, you grab a dumbbell and do overhead extensions. when you do two sets of different exercises straight after each other. without any rest.
so instead of doing 9 sets of biceps exercises and 9 sets of triceps exercises i do 9 sets of biceps/triceps exercises.

I super set them once a month the same goes for the rest of my body parts .It does give them a boost....

I always superset, best thing there is, but I change the order so if I do tricpes first Ill do bis first next workout

i might try that some time with my bi/tri i do that with my legs though
