From bulking to cutting, what needs to be done.
I am now going from bulking to cutting. I have some sort of diet planned out for myself and a cardio plan. But workout wise, is there anything else I need to do. Different number of sets or reps or exercises? Or can I keep doing the workout I am doing now and get a good cut?

personally for me i normally do pretty much the same workouts but i go a little bit lighter on weight most days and do more reps. but all people are different, i know alot of people who dont do anything different and let the diet and cardio do the work because that is most important imo.
