Cardio im AM
i know its best todo cardio in the AM but would it also have the same effect if i lay off the cardio untill about lunch time just aslong as i do the cardio before i eat anything??

I'd say not eating until lunch time would cause more harm than good!

hey if i do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.. how long after im done can i eat something?

basicly why im asking is cos i lost my job on friday and while i have work lined up in 2 weeks, i wanna goto the gym a bit more. and since ill be getting up at like 11am and down the gym for 12 (on empty stomach) todo my cardio im just wondering if it will have the same effects

is it true that after cardio you should wait about an hour before eating??? I only do weights and eat right after..

I would strongly suggest waking up at 7am, drinking a shake and then sleeping to 11 or 12, whatever you desire. It is called breakfast for a reason, meaning to "break" the "fast." However, if you are going to bed a 3-4am and getting up at 11-12 to do cardio, then it is no different than the norm. I only suggest you take the shake if you are sleeping 12-14 hours or something.
