    riding bike for cardio?

    is riding a bike a good way to cardio so you can keep muscle while cutting?

    yeah why not.. i prefer the treadmill and alot of people like those eliptical trainers.. 65 to 75% of max heart rate is what u want while using any of these... heres an easy way of finding it

    220 - (age) = MHR
    mhr * .75 = target
