Very open ended questions w/out having any other pertinent information about you, stats, goals, workout schedule, DIET (will be a key factor in the over-training question), etc.........

Not knowing much about your training ect.. is not going to help us answer your question bro. Twice a week for chest can be done but there are so many varibles and once if done right should suffice. If you are sore from the previous workout then no you cannot train the chest again. Many times my chest will be sore for a good 3-4 days then feel okay but it is still not ready because if I stretch it or perform a particular move I can still feel some soreness. So in reality it is not fully recovered evan tho normal day to day moving around it feels okay.

    155lbs. on test/deca ??

I'd lay off the gear and build a much bigger solidified natural base first, then decide if you need additional growth aides. At 155 and with two water retention compounds, you are pretty much going to lose everything after you come off. Your body is not used to having muscle mass, why would you think it's going to want to keep it after the drugs are gone?

Not a flame, just brutal honesty.
