Ok i'm 6'8 and i wana get big is that possabl with what i'm dooing now???
Ok i'm 6'8 and i wana get big ??? Ok this is the deal i'm 6'8 252 pounds. i have some exp in lifting about 2 years off and on, but know i'm 100% commited to geting hug and i'll do whatever it takes to get there. But i need a work out plan and diet that works for me and my hight, seeing how most workouts and diest have been geard for the norm, ANY IDeas would be grat NEED THE HELP

Diet: Meal 1: 5 egg whites , Wheet tost, Org juice
Meal 2: Shake about 60 gr whey pro
Meal 3: 1 or 2 Chiken or 2 can tuna with apple 16oz water rice
Meal 4: Shake about 60 gr
Meal 5: 2 chiken, cup of mixed veg, a potato or sirving of posta glass of
milk.
Meal 6: befor work out shake about 30 min befor

More protein meal 1.
Add carbs or fat meal 2
Add oatmeal or rice meal 3
Add carbs or fat to meal 4
Add dextrose/maltodextrin to your PWO shake.
What exercises/how many sets/rep range?

Mon:
Dumbell Press 3 sets with 2 worme ups
flyes 3 sets with 1 wormup
Inclin bench 3 sets
Wen:
Cable pulldowns wide grip 3sets with 2 worups
close grip pulldowns 4 sets
seted rows 4 sets
Barbell curels 3 sets
Seted dummbel curels 3 sets
thers:
standing dummbell rases 3 sets
over head press 4 sets
seted lateral rases 3 sets
tri cable push down 5 sets
skull crushers 3 sets
dips as many as i can do
Fri:
leg lifts 5 sets
seted leg press 4 sets
calve rases 3 sets
leg curels 5 sets
I rest abour 1 min between sets. what kinda fat??? like what brand how much, shuld i have a shake with meal 1 ??? thanks for the info alot. Can I Add one cup of otmeal to my shakes for carbes ????

Not a bad start. I would workout Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
Try starting with the more compound movements and ditch some of the machines. Barbell bench press, Barbell Squat, Deadlifts, Pullups, etc.
Do a little reading in the diet forum to understand what he means by adding fat/carbs, etc. Do you do any cardio? Are you fat or skinny?

I'm not fat at all probably around 15% body fat got a little pug around the love handels and stumach area but for the most part avrage bilde. I dont do cradio really becous i am tryi8n to get big is that the right way to think or no???
is it good to mix otmeal with pro shake to bust carb ??
And i work in cunstrction all day and work out at night around 6 at night what kinda meals should i have after i work out seein how its soo lat and only 2 howers befor bed ?

deadlifts will give you the thick back you are looking for. weighted wide grip pullups will give you a wide back

At 6'8" 250 lbs he definitley has some size but not sure how thick he would be.
My avatar pic is me at 252lbs and 5'11"
6' 8" would be more of a basketball players proportions in my opinion.
He is correct in wanting more size at that current height if he wants to get in the bodybuilding game.

at your height you will ultimately have to use steroids to get the look that you want.
If i was you i start reading all the steroid threads like a man possesed, cuz in a few years, it will be time.
