    how many protein shakes should you drink a day?

    i have isopure now and it has 50g of protein in 1 serving! if i drank 4 of this a day im drinking 200g of protein in shakes alone....too much?

    Here is my rule of thumb for bulking. Eat at least 3 solid food meals a day and at least 2 meal replacements and at least 1 protein shake before I go to bed.

    Assuming you are trying to gain weight, and you are eating 3 solid food meals a day, 4 Isopures on top of that is great. I wish I had money for that. Do you eat 8 times a day? If so, thats great. Eating every two hours and training hard, your mussle tissue should explode with growth. Just drink lots of water. A lot of protein for extended periods of time can cause deposites in the kidneys and years later can cause kidney stones. The water should help to remove those possible deposites in the kidneys.

    your body is not using all 50 of those grams(per sitting) maybe between 30 and 40 is your lucky.

    like veg said you want at least 3 solid meals aday

    and have 3 or more protein shakes aday on top of that

    Just remember, the bulk of your protien should come from solid foods.

    i've gained about 15lbs in a month and half naturally through a good diet and hard training. i use to be so skinny, people tell me i got a lot bigger than last time they saw me...since im only 19 and mind is set on gear. i know im too young, i've got scolded a million times but my mind tends to drip off to the darkside eventually over time. I might run a very low dosage of laurabolin /test enh/d-bol. very low dosage to see how my body reacts to it. Than maybe go heavy on the 2nd cycle. well thanx for all your answers!!!

    8 meals a day, 3 of wich is a protien shake

    Make sure you eat till you feel nauseous!! hard work pays off at the end

    4 shakes a day will do.

    one when you wake up
    one at lunch
    one at supper
    one before sleep

    P.S. when your not sleeping you should be eating!Always eating!
