Tryin to get my girl in shape
My girl plays high school softball......she is wanting to tone up and wants some abs bad. What kind of split should I have her doing? I am concentrating on good form no matter what. Should I have her on the same as me or what, what's good?

it is 75% diet and 25% cardio!!!!!!!

I second Nathan's comments! She needs to eat 5 to 8 smaller meals each day, work out, and perform cardio for 45 mins to and hours 3 to 5 times a week.
