    Weakest Link

    SO ive gained massive size on arms chest legs shoulders all the right place but my forearms because I neglected them in the beginning...


    How can I get really massive forearms?

    I look funny with a big upper body and small tooth pick forearms

    hammer curls seem to get my for arms big i have a prety big forarm and i only do hammer curls for them

    wrist curls (front,behind back, hanging off a bench), reverse curls, any type of grip work, carrying dumbbells around gym, ect ect ect.

    *arnold spent usually 45 min working just his forearms each time*

    grip your bars tight and do heavy barbell shrugs with no straps to work on them too
