Do any of you guys train ur bodyparts 2x a week durring a cycle?

no. For me that would still be overtraining.

No - accept for calves and abs. Or, as my trainer would say - those aren't calves those are cows. Well not yet, but were hitting them 2x per week anyway....lol

calves, abs, forearms, neck can be worked out every other day.

nope, sometimes, dependin on how far apart it is, i might hit biceps or triceps if it wont conflict with rest time.. but rarely, it all depends on how i feel

Yes , I do but that all depends on what muscle, how I feel, ect. If you workout on Sunday and thu,fri,or sat comes that is within the same week and I am fully recovered.
