Anyone ever do lat pulldowns with the dhooks bar? Since doing them, my biceps have gotten bigger and my lats are getting wider. My biceps peak has especially gotten more noticable since I started doing them.

ya of course doing anything a new and different way then you are used to will work.
I love lat pulldowns... My lats are always my fastest and easiest to grow and gain mass part of my body. I think the arm part is just the change in routine...Quote:

Yes I have used the D its a nice switch. I actually stopped using it because it was hitting the biceps too much. I prefer a straight bar with thumbs out, relieving bicep tention and lets me focus on my lats
