    what am i doing wrong

    i do bench and biceps everyday, for about 3hours and they wont grow, or get stronger, i eat 7 peanut butter and jelly sandwichs and still i wont get huge like the pros.

    MMM maybe you need to up your intensity or maybe some more sets! Peanut butter skippy I heard was a great protein source along with all that hydrogenated oils. Taste better than natural peanut butter anyways!

    I agree with B. Thunder... Just need to train harder and longer and be sure to never vary your exercises and never take a day off from benching. Don't worry about your legs either. That is a commom mistake, people think that you need to squat...not so.

    sounds like you are overtraining bench and bi's everyday is crazy. You only need an hour each session. Sounds like you are neglecting your legs. Remember doing legs increases gh allowing your upper body to grow also.

    I bet you cut the crust off your PB&J sandwiches, right???? Thats why you aren't growing bro, you need that crust!!! Its packed with bodybuilding nutrients. Also, as far as your training goes, the optimal workout length is 2 hours and 56 mins, so by you going 3 hours, you're overtraining.

    3 hours is too long in gym. cortisol levels rise after hour. the rise in cortisol, your body's main catabolic hormone, that often accompanies muscle damage

    doing squats always helps whenever your trying to gain mass it helps increase natural test in your body...not to mention youll get some serious chicken legs if you dont lol...work on getting overall mass not just in two places thats ridiculous you will look so unproportioned in the long run...do it correctly right from the start

    well im 17, do u guys think i should be taking steroids , bc i have been taking about 100mg of dbal for around 9 weeks now.. and im gainin pretty good

    naw man dont im only 19 myself i almost made a big mistake by taking roids when i was 17 but i took everyones advice from this site and just trained naturally....its not worth it at our ages were still growing,youll be surprised how much you find out about your body in the next few years, when you feel youve reached your max potential naturally and stopped growing then its time for juice....this site is pretty sick man stay on it read around youll learn more than you could imagine i know i have...i wanna start my first cycle in about 8 months (maybe less if i get impatient lol)...it should be alright and well worth it

    you shoulda taken the juice at 16, IMO. 17 is too old. test levels are too low right now
