How are they different than with the v-bar handles? Did you get good results with these? Did they give you a nice thick back?

i think you are missing the big picture man. just lift the weight. if mass and a nice thick back is what you want, cables imo are not what you want to be doing. deadlifts and d.b/b.b rows is what you want to do. have you ever seen anyone able to b.b. row with extremely heavy weights that did not have a nice thick back?Quote:
