    Dang, fat sux

Ha, so I am at 230Lbs with 16BF. So it is about 36Lbs of FAT.
So if 1Lb of fat - 3500 calories that means that I would have to do 600cal/hr cardio in 65% HR Zone.
    This beeing said, 36Lbs x 3500 cal = 126000Cal
    126000cal / 600cal/hr = 210hr
210 hr with one hr of cardio per day = 210 days
So it would take about 6 maybe 7 months of cardio and dieting everyday to loose a good amount of that!

So easy to gain it, so hard to loose it. Wow...

BTW, I don't know if this is totally right, I just did some simple math based on what I know and understand, so don't quote me on this.

so much more to it than just that bro. Resting metabolic rate, daily activity, training....you burn calories just by sitting typing up posts....cardio is not the only means of calroie burning....but, you know that.

Not to worry...stick to a diet and be patient. The fat will melt off in less than 210 days.

Oh yeah, I was just trying to figure out how much would it take roughly to burn extra fat by doing cardio.
My goal is 10%. Thats lean enough for me!
Having a GF that likes to go at it 7 times a week helps a lot too! That would be considered daily activity hah. Too bad I don't have one at the moment. That's why I spent 3k for a bad ass elliptical for my house. Not nearly as pleasent but works great!

    Take care mate!

The elliptical will be great for the cardio, bro. I was around your weight when I did my first cut about two or three years ago.

Went from 6'2 220 lb, 18% bf down to 180 sub 10%, if you want me to send it over to you to compare it to your diet, drop me a PM and I'll dig it up.

    Good luck bro!
