That cut between upper bicep and front delt

What makes this cut stand out more? Would hitting the biceps harder or hitting the anterior delts harder achieve that definition between the two. Please ask if you don't understand.

Both will help. You need to cut your BF% to see the best cut there.

front raises will hit the front delt good.
But then again take a look at the rest of your training and make sure your not overtraining the front delts and biceps. Front delts have a tendency to overtrain because they are involved with all pushing excersises, ie., bench press. So make sure you have cut the excersises down on you chest day that are pushing motions. Say if your chest routine was:
    Flat bench
    dumbell incline bench
    flyes

then you should eliminate either the incline bench or flat bench.(preferably eliminate the incline bench since it involves more front delts).

Then also make sure you have a few days between that chest day and your shoulder day. But don't do you shoulders and chest on the same day because one will suffer, and this would also be likely to overtrain the shoulders faster.

maybe try doing it like that and see if if helps.
    peace.

Cutting your bf should be your main priority for that.
