    Talking Bulking Routine help

Im going away for spring break in a little over a month, and I just want to add about 5-10lbs. I know I can do it, but I need a good work out to go along with it.

Anyone have any advice for a good bulking work out? Training wise, not eating.

    I recommend 4 sets per exercise, (8RM, 6RM, 4RM, 4RM). I'd stick with one bodypart per day:
    Chest
    Back
    Off
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Arms
    Off or something similiar.
Stick with the compound movements. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Military Press, Bent Rows, Chins, Shrugs, Barbell Curls, Hammers, Dips, Skulls, Cole-grip, Leg Press, etc. I would do three compound movements and one assistance exercise to finish off.
    Ex:
    Incline Bar Bench
    Flat Bar Bench
    Incline Dumbbell
Flat Flyes or X-overs (do not follow the same rep scheme on these, because they are single joint exercises, maximum poundages put too much stress on one joint).
Adopt a clean bulking diet and you are set.
    Adopt a kickass attitude~

Delroid, in your avatar, at least from what i can see you look pretty good! Looks like you've put alot of effort in! I'd love to see other pictures of you. Im also curious as to your training knowledge, as i said from what i can see you look good, im confused as to why in your posts you come across with no or little knowledge.

I know plenty of information, but i am always intrigued by hearing other peoples takes. I am 20 years old, and have my shoulders and traps are the growers, my chest is a bit harder to grow, as well as my legs are. That is why i was asking. I know plenty of things, low rep heavy weight for bulking, eating every 3 hours heavy meals.. But it is always good to hear what is working for other people because i like to change mine up. I listened to swole cat on doing bicepts with back, and tricepts with chest, i usually did them on a seperate day, and now i had fear of over training. My arms are actually growing better doing it this way, now i was curious on maybe learning something new that is working for other people that's all.

    :-D i attached another pic

We all feel small.. It's part of the game always wishing that we could be bigger and better! You look good! Unfortunatly there's no such thing as a "quick fix" in this game! So I suggest to keep plugging away and yea maybe rip up a little more for the trip, but otherwise don't worry about it!

If that is you in the picture, then I would just cut until spring break. I'm not saying you're fat, but I am assuming you will be doing some boozing on sping break. Maybe it will help balance any future wieght gains from the liquor.
