    Frequency

    Good people, I feel that hitting each muscle group twice a week does not bother me at all. Been doing it for 2 years with creatine and showing some decent results. Is this freaken normal? First time juicer.

    That's impossible to answer without knowing any details of your workout, diet and training history~
