I usually hit arms after shoulders and i usually to 2 pressing moves for shoulders. Do you think this can hinder my tri's the next day?? or hinder my shoulders while doing dips?

i personally dont do it that way cuz after my shoulder day my tris are a lil worked and sore not much though so i give them about 2days apart
yea that was what i was thinking too/ i usuallly have an off day between them but i wanted to move arms a day up so i could hit everything on every 6 days
right now i do chest on monday shoulders on wednesday and tri's on friday. If you think about it i hit tri's 3 times a week!! not good
