straight after workout
hey guys what shake should i have after cardio and what after weights should they be different?

Just a simple whey protien. You should be having your breakfast after cardio though.

If you donīt eat carbs the body will change your protein drink into a carb drink.
Useless to have a protein shake as PWO drink.
Instead, One mars bar and creatine
40 min after, protein drink.
