    What Day For What Muscles?

I'm trying to get in the gym as often as possible.
I want to work on my pec's as much as possible as well.
What should my workout schedule be if i wanted to hit the gym everyday?
I feel that a day off I will probably get lazy and/or I feel like I could be improving myself.
However, I don't want to over-work a muscle and tear it or see no results.
    Any help is appreciated!

One of the most important things to know is that training is only the stimulus to growth. Muscles grow while they are resting. I you were to work out every day your workout might look something like this:
    M:Chest, Calves
    T: Back,Abs
    W:Shoulders
    T:Legs
    F:Arms, Calves
    S: Cardio
    S:Cardio

If you really want to focus on bringing your chest up you could do a light day on monday and a heavy day on friday.

    Yeah. . .
Construct a workout RWS01 based on the information you have, then someone will critique it. I know there are tons of splits on this forum.

Yeah bro, you gotta realize that time in the gym is just as important, if not more, than time out of the gym. You shouldn't feel unmotivated by taking time off, but rather more eager to hit the gym hard when you go back. Time off is time to grow.

What does your split look like beerbaron? I'm in the process of working on a new schedule...kind of looking at everyone's splits, seeing what I like. I'm thinking I want to work out 4-5 times week. Not sure where to put the rest days. I'm thinking i'll do what SwoleCat suggests...going with Chest/Tri's/Shoulders, and Back Bi's. Then i'm not sure where to throw in legs & chest.
