u dont want to do tris/bis the day after doing chest/back. ur tris and bis are worked when doing chest/back, then the next day u hit them again, they will not have anytime to recover, so u will be overtraining. try something like this:
day 1-Chest
day 2-legs
day3-Back/shoulders
day4-rest
day5-arms
day6-rest
day7-Chest
day8-legs, etc...
tell some stats and experience, etc as well!
i am 5 foot 8 205 15bf 19 years old, been lifting for about 5 years
for chest i would do flat bench press, dumbell press ( flat and incline), flies and dips
chest- 1 month do db next month do bb, and keep switching every month. for exercises, stick to the basics, flat, incline, flies, and dips. i do decline every other week.
tris-press downs, close grip bench, skull crushers, weighted dips
bis- bb curls, hammer curls, reverse curls
* go for 3 sets for 6-8 reps, needing help on the last rep, or u can do like a 10,8,6,4. increasing the weight each time. u just need to find whats best for u cause everyone is different..
oh forgot back, this is what i usually do..
wide grip pull ups
lat pull downs
deadlifts
bb rows
and legs i do:
squats
lunges
leg press
