    Arrow burning nipples

    i was running on the treadmill today and i was sweating really bad but then my nipples started stinging like hell. it may have been bc my shirt was rubbing up against it? has this ever happened to any of you?

    note:i am not on gear have never done gear so i doubt it is gyno

    Yeah it happens to me if I run long distances. I either take the signlet off or put band aids over my nipples to protect them
