I think it is impossible to work the 'Upper Region" of the same muscle and then the "Lower Region." The muscle contracts or it doesn't. Sorry, I have no answer for you.
For overall thickness you can't beat heavy deadlifts and bent-over rows.
Of course, but some excersizes empfasize (sp) certain areas of the back more than other areas, if what you said was true I could work my chest with just 20 sets of bench pressesQuote:
