Back training
Please bro's what exercises work the upper lats, what exercises work lower lats, and what exercises are for good for thickness?

I think it is impossible to work the 'Upper Region" of the same muscle and then the "Lower Region." The muscle contracts or it doesn't. Sorry, I have no answer for you.

For overall thickness you can't beat heavy deadlifts and bent-over rows.

Wide grip pull-ups/Wide grip pulldowns for lat width. Like was said before, a muscle either contracts or doesn't so if your lats are working they will be stimulated throughout the muscle. And for thickness you can't beat heavy deadlifts and heavy BB rows.

Weighted pull ups and heavy DB rows do it for me.
