    "Workout Split"

    It seems everyone is wanting a different split or newbies wanting advice on constructing one. So why don't we all list our splits?

    it's funny that this is here, cause i was gonna post this same exact thread the other day...i cut out splits whenever i see them in a magazine and i put them in a folder, then i pick a new one out every 6 weeks or so anyway here is mine...........

    1.back/bi
    2.chest/tri
    3.legs
    4.off
    5.shoulders/traps
    6.off
    7. repeat day 1

    i do abs eod, and the same w/ calves

    How does this look guys? Thinking of making is my permanent split

    Mon - Chest/Tri's
    Tues- LEGS
    Wed- OFF
    Thurs - SHoulders
    Fri - Back Bi's
    Sat- OFF
    Sun - OFF or repeat (depending on how i feel)
    Mon- Repeat

    Basically I want to have a day off after my leg day...

    I speak with jay cutler every so often and ask him workout questions and such, and was looking for a good 4 day split and he gave me this one

    just changed my workout up...
    was doing everything on it's own day... goign to be going for a 4 day split the next few months to see how i like it
    Mon chest bis
    tues legs/calves
    wed off
    thurs back bis
    fri shoulder trap
    sat sun off
    thinking of maybe going like this though
    mon legs/calves
    tues back tri
    wed off
    thurs chest bi
    fri shoulder trap

    Day 1: Chest/Abs
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Shoulders/Triceps
    Day 4: Back/Biceps
    Day 5: REST

    Repeat....That is a basic layout. Sometimes I will take a rest day in between the split not always after back/biceps.
