I have decent arms but i feel my shoulders are severly lacking size, i was wondering what are some good excersises to get em big, i do Military, Shrugs mostly but i am looking for something new to make em bigger

bro, go to the workout questions forum and check out a thread called cannonball shoulders
I have always had problems with my shoulders too. But the last few months I have added behind the neck press(lighter weight and good from), power cleans, and wide grip upright rows and I can tell a difference in my shoulders. Or you could try the arnold press, I didnt see much from that but I have a friend who says his started growing when he added those. Just switch up your routine till you fine what works for you!!
do some traps with shoulders!
military press, side laterals, front raises, rows, etc.
dumbell press.
barbell press.
upright rows.
laterall raises.
front dumbell raises
