    Anyone bored enough to help me....

    I need a new cycle of exercises for a month....1 major body part a day....Drop sets, super sets, whatever works im open....Mainlky for strength and size purpose

    I need to do this but cant because this paper is killing me thx in advance Bros

    Buy a copy of FLEX, put it in your bathroom, read it. Pick any workout that floats your boat.
