    Should biceps hurt this much?

    I was shown a new way to work my biceps 2 days ago and they still hurt like hell today. Is it normal as it has never happemed before.

    We done 3 sets of 21 curls, but split them up into 3 groups. For the first one we went from fully extended up to chest, then from half way up to chest, then from chest to half way. Then for the next 21 we would change the order around, and man were my arms sore then.

    Sounds normal to me as you finally shocked them by doing something different stimuli. Unless it is a bad pain not caused by DOMS.

    I think it as the shock of the change of workout cos the bitches are still a little sore even now after 3 days and I goto say they are solid as a rock so hopefully after a few more sessions I should see a bit growth.
