Huh? When you say bench.....what are you referring too...flat, decline, incline, all of the above. This post doesn't really make sense. There are like 4 or 5 variations of each of those you have listed. That's close to 20 exercises.Quote:

i only know of barbell flat bench press. that's all i do. i mean all. no legs / abs / cardio. nothing. i'm 6'8" 145 but i'm shredded.
