chest question
I have now just about devoloped my pecs, but I want to improve the upper parts of the pecs just so it looks more defined, I was thinking of decline bench press and decline dumbell press but using the sit up bench to do this as I will get a huge incline

He means your body conditioning.. aka bodyfat and water weight.. The less fat you have the more your pecs show... I think you are saying that your having problems with incline.. In that case.. Focus on Incline dumbell and barbell movements, switching either week!

upper chest is developed using inclinde movements, not decline ones, although all chest movements effect the entire chest complex. I would hit some inline barbell presses, incline dumbbell presses, and pullovers.

Incline Flies and Pec Dec ----either or to end the workout after the most important compound movements. Do em slow and flex em hard!
