    My progress

Im happy to report that I have now moved my bench press weight up a little after been stuck at the same weight for near on 4 month.

This might not seem like a heavy weight to some of you big guys but I benched 65k today (included bar weight).

I had been stuck on the 45 mark but today I just kept putting the weigh higher and higher and was able to lift it, I didn't have a spotter so didn't wanna push my luck but I get the feeling Im gonna lift more next time I do my chest.

Considering Im only of medium build at present I think Il pat myself on the back

    Congrats bro.

It feels great when you break through a sticking point.

best way to keep it going up is to not bounce the bar off your chest... to go slow on you r negatives. Back when i had just started lifting i couldn't get 185 lbs (84kg) for the longest time, and it was because on my work sets i didn't work. Once i slowed everything down, the gains packed themselves on.

Also, consider hitting up the diet forum. More than anything else, diet is the key to being big, strong, and healthy. You are what you eat.
