I cannot bend over due to a spinal injury I have. Is there an alternative to deadlifts that works the same muscle groups? Thanks.

Have you seen a doctor, just curious before offering a suggestion.
Ya I have I have clearance to work out but no contact sports for a few months. I am just not willing to risk re-injuring it by doing squats or deadlifts everything else is fine. I wont do those exercises or run for a year until I am 110%
If that's the case then whatever you try it probably wouldn't hurt to go light on the weight. Probably more body only type exercises....crunches, good mornings (NO WEIGHT...very slow), squats without any weight....do higher reps....just until you have a better feel for how your back is progressing....but I'd go slow, don't mess it up again.
I broke my back years ago. I had to give up deads and squats. Only recently did I release my grip on my deads. I love those things. I am now doing rack deads only. They work the back pretty hard, without the bending. Form is critical here, or it can hurt your lower back. Go light and get a feel for it.
However, with any spinal injury.....I would think that any of this stuff might be a problem for you.
Maybe give the leg press a try, it works exactly the same muscle groups as squats and its a lot safer for your back. I have the same problem and thats what I do
Hyperextensions and lots of core stability work. With a serious injury I would get a n appointment with a physiotherapist, even if only to evaluate your form when doing the exercises you plan to do for the next few months. Best of luck with the back and stay motivated.
find a gym that has a belt squat machine.

Also reverse hypers, they might even help rid you of your back problems.
