    Just Changed My Work Out what do ya think

    m-chest/tris
    t-shoulders/traps
    w-off
    t-back/bi
    f-legs
    sat-off
    sun-play football(this cant change)

    Started it this week got legs tommorow. It seems to be working ok. Just wanted some of the bros to check it out.

    IMO i wouldnt do chest tris the day b/f shoulders traps #1 both large muscle groups #2 while in working out shoulders ur also hitting tris so thats a no no hey bro take a look at this thread and see what u can get from it im sure itll help u in designing a good routine....

    what if i switched tuesday and thursday. I was looking at that other tread but i did not want to jump in on his tread u know what im saying. but what do u think about switching the 2 day around good or bad?

    ur still doing a major muscle group "back" one of the biggest parts of ur body besides ur base deff. not that way u wont have a full and intense workout as if u were to rest a day b/f doing that JMO though i mentioned this in the thread that i sent u...

    Yes, that would be fine. You would be pushing on Monday and pulling on Tuesday. It also eliminates the problem of doing legs and back on consecutive days. I would also consider putting legs on Thursday and shoulders on Friday, to allow more recovery for you legs before your football game.

    hes right. i cant do 2 shoulders 2 days after chest let alone 1

    I agree with Justin, if you do chest properly you wont be able to do anything with your shoulders for a couple of days. I do this same routine but I do

    Mon Chest & Tri
    Tues Legs
    Wed Off/Cardio
    Thurs Back & Biceps
    Fri Shoulders / Traps
    Sat Off/Cardio
    Sun Off/Cardio

    Its a flag football. Its 8 on 8. The **** is alot more technical than you would think. I thought oh flag football this is going to be easy. These guys take this **** serius. They got playbooks and ****. I dodnt know we have been getting our asses kicked in. playing today though I hope we win.

    Thainks for the help on my workout bros. Im going to start this monday and see if it works out better for me. The other started to turn for the worst.
