Somebody Tell Me
I have recently started working out on January !, 2005, and quit smoking at same time. I know there are some complications wiht this........... Can anyone tell me the best way to do partial cardio and wight training...I want to lose my stomach but yet gain muscle tissue and firmness. Any comments would be appreciated

First off, congrats on your determination to change.
No one on this site is going to spell everything out for you bro... thats what personal trainers/dieticians are for. However, if you research a little bit in the workout and diet forums, and post up what you think would be a good workout and diet, we will critique it for you and point out any potential flaws in it. Check out the cutting sticky at the top of the diet forum.
