Calves
Yo guys... Just wanna tell you all I had some success with Dante's method for doing calve raises. He just stretch is calves at the negative end of the lift and waits 15 seconds there. I personally wait 10 seconds and in 2 weeks my calves grew more than they did 4 months! Sure, sets take about 2 minutes to do but it really works. You don't even have to stretch after that because you stretch between each rep.
Anyone ever do this? Did you have success with it?

Also, Dante suggests 12 reps / 15 second stretch.
I use 8 reps / 10 second stretch. And I push the stretch.

i'm going to have to try this out. i've always struggled with calves. i've had to use volume training with my calves to get them to grow.

Nothing has really worked for me so I think I will try this.
Were you going light, moderate, heavy, or max when you were doing them?

really, thats interesting. I would have thought the opposite, how does this help with the growth of your calves? usually its just hanging there for me i'm not really holdin it up or anything. Has anyone tried holding it at the top of the raise? what results did they get?
